We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the steel toe protection in our boots.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All tags and protective coverings must be intact
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fire Boots (specialized safety equipment)
- Insulated Boots where the insulation has been compromised
- Custom orders or specially sized items

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
