We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the steel toe protection in our boots.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must be intact
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fire Boots (specialized safety equipment)
  • Insulated Boots where the insulation has been compromised
  • Custom orders or specially sized items

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Shipping instructions
