We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your work boots where they need to go:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note for International Customers: Delivery times may vary based on customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Return Policy Details

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Fire Boots (specialized safety equipment)
  • Insulated Boots where the insulation has been compromised
  • Custom orders or specially sized items
